To do this spell, all you need is some honey. About a teaspoon will do just fine. If you do not have honey, feel free to use any type of sweet syrup. Place the honey on your tongue, but do not swallow. Instead, close your eyes and swirl it around in your mouth. When your mouth is sufficiently coated, say:
