Spell: Dream Breakthrough Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

This dream spell is for breaking through a stubborn challenge or moving forward in any area of life where you’ve been feeling blocked. Do this just before bed.

If you have runes, pull the Dagaz rune (Î) out of your set. Otherwise, draw it on a stamp-size scrap of cardboard. Hold the rune ( letter side) against your forehead. Relax and bring to mind whatever you’d like to shift in a positive way. Don’t try to be positive about it: feel everything you feel about the issue. Also bring to mind the options as you see them (or the lack thereof ). Then set the intention to direct all the energy of your thoughts and feelings about the situation or challenge into the rune, letting them drain from your body and mind. Place the rune under your pillow. As soon as you wake up in the morning (and if you wake up in the night), immediately write down any dreams you remember. The key to your breakthrough will be contained within them.
