Seashells exist to protect the creatures that live within them and thus can be included in protection magic. Each shell once housed an animal and acted as a barrier between its soft body and the elements.

Gather a seashell and a small fresh flower that will fit inside of it. Place the flower in the glove box of your car and cover it with the upside-down shell. Tap the shell three times with your finger, noting how it protects the delicate bloom from your touch. With this in mind, close the glove box. The idea is that it will provide an extra layer of protection against careless drivers and accidents.

You can place the shell and flower anywhere in your vehicle that makes sense. Replace the flower now and again, particularly if you have a long drive ahead.

Don't forget that even with protection magic, you still have to drive carefully!
