Incense of the day: Lilac August 12 is the birthday of the goddess Isis. Isis rules many aspects of life and the universe, such as magic and protection. Honor Isis and ask for her protection. To do this You will need an image of Isis, two white candles with holders, two garnets, and musk incense. Place the images of Isis on your altar. Put the candles near the center of the altar, one on each side, with the incense between them. Place one garnet before each candle. Light the candles and incense. While holding the crystals, petition Isis for her protection: Isis, I call to you. Lend your energy for this spell. Your protection is what I desire. Hear my prayer sent up by fire. Bless these stones offered as tokens of your protection. Place the garnets back on the altar. Keep one stone with you at all times. Keep the other on your altar, kitchen, or by the front door. |
