Incense of the day: Frankincense If you live in cramped surroundings, placing a wall mirror in a strategic position will enhance the flow of healthy vibrations that bring harmony to the home. The reflection of a mirror enlarges tiny rooms and deflects negativity. Mirror tiles are not advisable according to feng shui principles. Select a wall space that does not face the door, window, stair-case, or lavatory. After fixing the mirror in place, decorate it with crystals, sea-shells, flowers, and other meaningful objects. Think positive thoughts, light an incense cone, and put on soothing music. Hold a clear glass of rosewater or other floral infusion and sit in front of the mirror. Take a sip, close your eyes, and meditate on harmony, relief from worldly burdens, and attainment of peace of mind for yourself and all who live in your house. As you meditate, with each sip of floral water direct thoughts of harmony to the mirror. This encourages the reflecting and spreading of positive thought-waves around the home. |
