Spell: Part the Clouds in Your Head

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Some days, a cup of coffee or yerba mate and a loud noise just won't get rid of a strong brain fog. This could come from lack of sunlight, hunger, problems you need to see a doctor about, or just having a lot on your mind. One way to get yourself focused in a pinch is to hum the theme of the bossa nova classic "Girl from Ipanema" to yourself while tapping your forefinger and turning your head slowly from left to right, and then sitting perfectly still while engaging your core stomach muscles for a count of five. If this almost works but not quite, stand up and jog in place for a full minute and then try the process again. Repeat as needed until your head is clear enough to grab some coffee/make that phone call/balance your checkbook. This also works when you have a song stuck in your head
