| A perfect day for a space clearing! Begin by clapping loudly around the perimeter of each area of your home, paying special attention to corners and anywhere else you imagine stagnant energy might be hiding. This will begin to lift and loosen negative energy. Open the windows if weather permits and burn a bundle of dried white sage so that it's smoking like incense. (Carry a dish underneath it to catch the embers.) Move the smoke around the perimeter of each area. Attune the energy to a high vibration in each area by ringing a chime or bell. Add a touch of sweetness by misting each area with rose water. Finally, stand in a central location with your hands in prayer pose. Close your eyes and verbally affirm the conditions you'd like to experience in your home, such as "harmony," "abundance," and "peace."
