Summer is here, and we want to look our best. It can be frustrating trying to lose weight when results come slowly. In addition to your chosen diet or fitness routine, try this spellworking to help see results. In your workout gear (or whatever clothes you exercise in), stand before a mirror. Look at yourself from top to bottom, and then look in your eyes and say:
"I am getting fitter and healthier every day." Do the same thing after you return from a session of exercise or after you've eaten a healthy meal. Do this to celebrate a milestone (an old pair of jeans fits again, or you increase the time or intensity of your workout) and at least once a day, regardless of whether you have exercise planned. This will help to remind you that you're making a positive effort and continuing to make progress. |
