Spell: Mediumship Tarot Consecration

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

It is officially Scorpio season, with the Sun, Mercury, and Mars all stationed now in this sign. This energy is particularly good for those of us who communicate with the deceased, and we can channel the energy into our magical tools to make mediumship easier at any time. This spell is a consecration working that utilizes the potent energy of this moment to bless and empower a tarot or oracle deck to be used as a tool in mediumship. All you need is a deck, a pinch each of mugwort, mint, and rue, and a charcoal to burn the herbs on. Blend the herbs together and burn a bit over the charcoal. Pass the deck through the smoke several times as you chant:

Death does not silence those

who I seek. Through these cards

their souls shall speak!

When you intuitively feel that the cards are charged, the working is done. Keep the deck wrapped in black, and use it only for mediumship.
