Spell: Deep Renewal and Reset

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

This nighttime self-care ritual will help you recharge your batteries. First, clean and clear clutter from your bedroom. Also cleanse the energy in your bedroom with white sage smoke or aromatherapy spray, or another herbal smoke or spray of your choice. Shower or bathe. Then brush your teeth, comb your hair, and otherwise care for your body according to your preference. Safely light your bedroom with candles. Put on your comfiest pajamas and some relaxing music. Sit comfortably on your bed. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and relax. Say:

Great Goddess, thank you for helping me sleep deeply and restfully tonight. Thank you for sending me magical dreams of healing so that I awake in the morning refreshed and renewed.

Now imagine that you are held in a pillar of indigo light. See or sense that light completely surrounding you and filling you. Breathe it in and out, and let it relax both your body and your mind. When you feel ready, extinguish the candles and go to sleep.
